Returns & Refunds Policy
We have a simple return and refund policy in case you are not totally happy with the products for any reason.
Conditions
- You must have a receipt or other evidence of purchase for your item.
- The return, exchange, and refund policies do not apply to changes of mind.
- Items with specific notations, DIY kits, and custom orders are not eligible for.
- Product claims, claims for damaged, missing, or inaccurate items, and claims for product defects must be made within five (5) business days following delivery.
- The returned item must be in "saleable" condition, which means it must be free of stains, creases, and unclean fibers. Additionally, the item needs to be in its original packing.
- The customer will be liable for the cost of returning the goods, and only refunds for the actual goods will be given—unless there is a flaw in the material we delivered or a shipping error. The shipping cost will not be refunded.
